The WLLA Resource Centre provides a cross section of information available on women’s land and housing rights in Africa, to promote understanding of and the ability to address the issues at hand, in new and creative ways.

LEGAL DATABASE: The Legal Database, accessible below, provides information on each African country’s laws related to housing and/or land rights for women. Specifically, it provides Constitutional provisions, succession/inheritance laws, laws on property rights in marriage and divorce, land laws, housing rights laws/policies, and other related legal information. Each country page is also downloadable in PDF to allow for easy access while off line- please feel free to use the country page in your advocacy or training work on women’s land and housing rights.

LINK TO WLLA HANDBOOKS: Here, you will be able to link to and download for printing and use all handbooks produced in the name of WLLA by WLLA Partners.
